RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If within 2 hours of FedEx delivery you report via the online request system that your marine life did not survive, Radsfish@gmail.com will refund the purchase price of the deceased item, provided you fill out the guarantee request form in your account and upload a photo through the provided photo up-loader. Photos must show a clear picture of the dead animal on a white background, out of the bag, and showing a hand written date and time of receiving
How Do I Make a RETURN & REFUND Request?

We will review your submission and issue the appropriate refund or credit usually within 3-5 business days and you will receive an email when that occurs. Please note that we do not re-issue credits for product purchased with store credit. If you place an order that is paid for using both store credits and cash, the system will calculate the percentage of the livestock order that was purchased with cash and apply that percentage for any animals that do not live during the 3 day . For instance, if a $100 Marine Life purchase is made with $90 cash and a $10 credit, you will be entitled to 90% of the value of any livestock that does not stay alive during the 3 day period in store credit. We apologize in advance that we do not re-issue store credit

Please open all packages and inspect all items for damage immediately upon arrival. Damages must be reported within 2 business days of the reported delivery.

Warranty returns undergo internal testing by a product expert. Items determined to be fully functional will be returned to you and you will be charged the associated fees and shipping charges

*We are committed to ensuring enjoyment of your purchase and experience with Radsfish@. If you are not 100% satisfied with your aquarium supply purchase, you can return it within 14 days for store credit* for the purchase price of the returned item(s).
* Please Note: Return of electrical equipment for exchange or store credit is limited to 14 days from the date of purchase. Beyond 14 days, please contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement as covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Returned products must be unopened and in the original packaging to receive full store credit. Products that have been opened, used, or lightly used, will incur a 15% processing fee. Upon receipt of the returned product, store credit will be applied, minus the processing fee.
*Store credit expires one year after date of issue.
